Our Specialty Kamut Breads are made with 100% wholegrain organic kamut flour. This bread is SUGAR FREE, oil free, vegan, with absolutely no refined flour.  No bromides or artificial dough risers are added to the flour.

Our bread is made with kamut flour that we stone grind daily for optimal nutritional benefits.  Additionally, we bake within 3 hours after grinding, for ultimate vitamin potency.  

Our bakery is Kosher, Vegan, Sugar Free, Soy Free, Corn Free, No trans fatty oils. We use 100% Natural Organic Ingredients. No artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives, no bromides, no chemicals. Your health matters.
